Pricing & Payments

All Prices and Payments Are In US Dollars

Shipping

Orders are shipped UPS and processed within 24-48 hours

Delays may occur during holiday seasons

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order.  All parts returned must be in original condition and in original packaging.  A 20% restocking fee per item will be applied.

Email cindi@jetpressspecialist.com to receive a RA (return authorization) with instructions.  Orders returned without an RA will not receive a refund or replacement.

Refunds and Merchandise Replacement

After the return product has been received, inspected and approved, the restocking fee will be subtracted from the original purchase price and the refund process will begin.  Please allow 10 days for credit once the refund process begins.

Replacement product will be shipped after receipt, inspection and approval of the return product has been made.

Sales & Use Tax

MA Residents – Sales tax is applicable to all MA residents

If you are exempt, please email a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to cindi@jetpressspecialist.com

Out of state – You are responsible for paying Sales and Use Tax within your state
